Job Description:
Senior Business Analyst with a background in the insurance industry (life and/or health), exposure/experience with e-commerce is preferred. Leadership abilities are desired b/c this consultant will lead all meetings and be able to mentor the other BA. The ability to define a problem, collect and analyze data pertaining to it, evaluate process and procedures and ultimately recommend and assist with the design of the solution are key elements of the position. The following skills are also needed: proficient in creating wireframes, independent and self-motivated, flexible, objective with strong evidence-based reasoning skills, good written and verbal communication skills, organized and detail-oriented. Experience working with C-Level Executives with little to no over-site is a must.
